Refund policy

COLOR AND PATTERN VARIATIONS 

There may/will be Color/Shading variations in our holsters kydex, what you see pictured may not be the same color shade or pattern variation you recieve. You can not exchange a holster just because of color shade or pattern differences.

CORDURA WRAP

Cordura wraps do not carry a warranty as they are a wear item, there may be wrinkles or bubbles and lifting at the sight channel upon receiving due to the high level of definition our holsters carry. With use cordura wrap will fade, stretch or pull back.

EXCHANGES

We do not exchange holsters if you order for the incorrect gun or light, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!
We will exchange a holster if there are retention issues with the holster and only if that is the case. You have 10 days from receiving the holster to start an exchange. We will exchange you for an identical holster such as Same brand, light, Color kydex and options picked on original order. To start an exchange contact us, we will only start building your new holster once we receive the original one. Customer must pay for return shipping. We also reserve the right to refuse exchanges if there are not obvious retention issues. We use a friction fit design and not a ''Click'' style but inherantly some holsters will click and some will not, we will not exchange due to not having a ''Click''. Our molds are made for factory grip modules we do not guarantee our holsters will work for aftermarket grip module. Exchanges will not be accepted for holsters bought 2nd hand, exchanges must be with the original purchaser.

REFUNDS

We do not issue any refunds for any series of holsters due to the custom nature of our products. ALL HOLSTER SALES ARE FINAL! Please make sure you have the correct Light, handedness, color etc you want before placing order, as our turn around times are very short.

CANCELATION OF ORDER

There will be a 20% fee charged to a order that want to be canceled, there will be no exceptions.

DAMAGES TO PERSON OR PERSONAL PROPERTY

Kydex holsters and/or metal hardware will inherently scratch or scuff your firearm after repeated use. We are NOT responsible for any damages that may occur to personal property with the use our holsters. Nor do we hold responsibility for any negligent discharges or injuries that may occur. We strongly recommend you be trained in proper firearm safety and etiquette.

LIFETIME WARRANTY 

The lifetime warranty is not transferable, if you bought your holster 2nd hand holster this does not apply. If our holster breaks, cracks during normal use it holds a lifetime warranty. Send it back to us and we will get you a new replacement of the same holster print/cordura so long we still stock it, in the case we do not stock it anymore we will offer you something else in it's place. We do not warranty Hardware ex ( Clips, wings, Belt attachments, Straps) as they are not made in house.

We will not warranty lost hardware Screws/washers/bushing ir posts of any kind.

We reserve the right to refuse any, Exchange, Warranty if we believe they're not legitimate.
